Gameboy FRAM RTC Flash Cart Downloads

Here you will find the gerber files, schematics, and pcb files. Schematic and PCB files are viewable in DipTrace, a free program. It is possible to import the gerber files into another program if you do not want to use DipTrace.

Part List:

*All capacitors and resistors are 1206 (metric) package!
*All parts should be AT LEAST 5 volt tolerant!
*For resistors, anything over .25 watts should do
*PCB should be 0.8 mm thick! Not the standard 1.6!

• C1, C2, C3, C6, C7: 0.1 uF capacitor
• C4, C5: 15 pF capacitor

• 3-input OR gate (TSOP-6 package) digi-key part number 1727-2069-6-ND
• R1: 330 Kohm resistor
• R2: 10 Kohm resistor
• R3: 1 Kohm resistor
• Y1: 12 pF quartz oscillator (32.768 KHz)
• U2: 5v battery backup chip (BA6129AF, MM1134 or equivalent),
  Scavenge this one from a cartridge if you can't find it elsewhere. I got a
  BA6129AF on ebay.
• coin cell retainer: digi-key part number BK-6219-DKR-ND
• CR2025 battery
• MBC3 chip, get from real cartridge
